Chopped Chicken Wrap

The perfect way to eat a salad on the go!

2 chicken breast filets (thin sliced)
2-3 teaspoons your favorite salt-free seasoning
2 cups salad mix of choice
⅓ cup diced cucumber
⅓ each red and yellow bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons feta cheese
¼ cup fresh blackberries, cut in half
½ avocado, sliced thin or chopped
Dressing of choice
2 large low-carb, high fiber tortillas
Season each side of the chicken with salt-free seasoning. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, spray with cooking spray and pan sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until done. Remove and chop into bite size pieces. Chop up lettuce and mix in all of the remaining ingredients, except for dressing and tortilla. Toss all ingredients together with your favorite dressing, and divide between two tortillas. Place salad in the middle of the tortilla, fold up sides and roll up like a burrito.
