Vegan Black Bean Spaghetti with Paprika Sauce

2 – 4 oz Uncooked Black Bean Spaghetti
Quick Paprika Pasta Sauce
Splash of oil to cook Onion – (Coconut,Olive)
1 Onion – Chopped into ¼ ( no need to dice we are going to blend at the end)
2 Cloves Garlic – Peeled
1 Can Organic Tomatoes
1 Tbs Smoked Paprika (or regular paprika or chili powder)
1 Tbs Gluten Free Flour (or regular)
1 Bay Leaf – Optional
1 Cup Water
Freshly Ground Salt and Black Pepper
Saute onion and garlic in oil for 3-4 minutes. Add flour and cook for another few minutes.
Add water, tomatoes, bay, spices, seasoning and stir.
Cook on medium until sauce slightly thickens, 10-15 mins.
Take out bay leaf and blend with a hand blender.
