1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4cup freeze dried strawberries blended to a powder
2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tablespoons coconut flour
3 tablespoons coconut milk
For Coating:
2/3cup coconut butter, softened
2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted
1/8cup fresh lemon juice
1/2teaspoon tumeric powder for color
Mix together all ingredients for truffles and form into balls and place in freezer for 15minutes. Mix together all ingredients for coating. Coat each truffle and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Store any leftovers in refrigerator
