Steak avocado salad with creamy pomegranate

Ingredients for the creamy pomegranate dressing:
2 cups pomegranate seeds
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
For the salad:
Crisp romaine lettuce
Grilled steak of choice
Sliced avocado
Sliced cucumbers
Sliced carrots
Directions: For the dressing place all ingredients in food processor and blend on high speed until smooth. Using the seeds and not just straight pomegranate juice give the dressing great texture. You can sub the seeds with 2 cups of good pomegranate juice if desired. Store the dressing in your refrigerator for up to one week. Enjoy!
