Skirt Steak and Green Beans

1 small strip of lean skirt steak, trimmed well
1 cup green beans
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
For skirt steak, season meat with salt and pepper on both sides and grill on the barbecue for 2 minutes. Flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes on other side for a medium-rare/medium finish. Increase cooking time accordingly for more well done meat but be careful not to overcook! For the green beans, rinse and dry them well. Chop the ends off and then steam them for 5-7 minutes. Toss with 1 tsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve meat over green beans.
