Simple Raspberry Vinaigrette

Makes about 1/2 cup dressing:
20 fresh raspberries
2 Tbs organic balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs unsweetened almond milk
2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp fresh lemon juice
several fresh leaves of mint, basil, or parsley-depending on the meal/preferences
a pinch of sea salt
a pinch of dried onion
Combine everything in blender, pulse until smooth.
Excellent on spinach berry salads!
