Raw Chocolate Tart

Base
1 1/4 cups almonds
14 fresh dates
3 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp water

Filling
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Blend base ingredients in a food processor. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until it starts to stick together. Press into the bottom of a lined pan.
Blend filling ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Pour into pan. Refrigerate overnight.
Makes about 8 large slices. Store in fridge or freezer
