National Sandwich Day

Toast two pieces of gluten free cinnamon raisin bread. On one side layer roasted turkey, sliced tomato, fresh figs, avocado, and broccoli sprouts. On the other side spread 1 Tbs pumpkin cream cheese and 1/2 Tbs pumpkin butter. Top with romaine lettuce and stack your sandwich together!
