Low carb stuffed bell peppers

4 bell peppers, tops removed, seeded
1 pound ground turkey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 zucchini, chopped
1 cup fresh spinach
1 can diced tomatoes(400 ml)
1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
Worcester sauce to taste
Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried pepper flakes, and basil to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wrap the bell peppers in aluminum foil, and place in a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven. Remove from heat. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey until evenly brown. Set aside. Heat oil in the skillet, and cook onion, mushrooms, zucchini, and spinach until tender. Return turkey to the skillet. Mix in the tomatoes season with spices and worcester sauce. Stuff the peppers with the skillet mixture and shred cheese on top. Return the stuffed peppers to the oven, and continue cooking for 10 mins.
