Low-carb and gluten-free sliders

Organic grass fed beef, formed into small slider patties (May sub for ground turkey or chicken)
Crisp iceberg lettuce, cut into squares
Ketchup
Sautéed mushrooms
Avocado slices
Tomato slices
Kosher salt & black pepper
Sauté your mushrooms in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Once the mushrooms are cooked then set aside. In the same pan sprinkle the beef patties with salt and pepper then cook until done. Place the patties on the iceberg lettuce and top with the ketchup, tomatoes, avocado, mushrooms and additional lettuce then place a toothpick through the middle to hold it all together. Enjoy!
