Healthy Nutella Cheesecake Brownies

1 cup drained & rinsed black beans
¾ cup quick oats
½ cup unsweet cocoa powder
¼ cup granulated stevia
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
10-15 grinds sea salt
¼ cup chocolate hazelnut butter
¼ cup brewed coffee + 2T Sugarfree Hazelnut sweetener
2T coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cheesecake Topping:
1- 6oz container greek yogurt
½ cup fat free cream cheese
½ box (16g) FF/SF cheesecake pudding mix
15 drops vanilla cream stevia
Preheat oven to 350. In a food processor, combine all the brownie ingredients until very smooth. Pour into a greased 8×8 pan. In a separate bowl, blend together cheesecake topping. Spoon on top of brownie mix and use a knife to marble it throughout the batter. Bake 30 minutes and enjoy!

    Looks so so yummy!!! I seen the black beans and my eyes bugged out but don’t judge TIL you try it , I’ve heard that for yrs and tasted recipes that you didn’t think you’d like so I won’t say yuck TIL I try it so thank you for the recipe!!!
