4 bananas
1 cup water or coconut water
2 medjool dates
Generous dash of cinnamon
1tsp mesquite powder
Add ice as desired.
Blend. Boom. Add a sliced nana for garnish, sprinkle some cardamon and done,Tasty pants😍
