Green Smoothie Bow

For the Smoothie Base:
1 cup water
1 cup pineapple chunks (thawed if frozen)
½ avocado
2 cups spinach
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1 Tablespoon flax seed
Toppings (as pictured above): Berries
Raw pecan halves (5)
Unsweetened shredded coconut (1 Tablespoon)
Chia seeds (¼ teaspoon)
Add the Smoothie base ingredients to a high-powered blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with berries, pecans, coconut, and chia seeds.
