¼ cup oat flour
½ scoop vanilla shake protein powder
2 egg whites
2 tsp. granulated stevia
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
White Chocolate Fluff: ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp. sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix, 1 Tbsp. sugar-free white chocolate syrup
Topping: Walden Farms Chocolate Sauce, ¼ Chocolate Chunk Quest Bar, cut into chunks, ½ Tbsp. Cacao Nibs
Combine all crepe ingredients in a blender and mix until batter is smooth. Heat non-stick skillet or pan on the stovetop over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and pour about ½ of the crepe batter on the pan. Cook until small bubbles form then flip and cook on the other side. Combine all protein fluff ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well incorporated. Once crepes are cooled, evenly distribute the protein full filling inside and on top of the two crepes. Top crepes with cacao nibs, chocolate sauce, and Quest bar chunks. .
