White Spots on Nails

White spots of the nails or opaque nails are signs of a zinc or Vitamin B6 deficiency.

Cramps can be felt at anytime of a day. Muscle cramps can be a sign of calcium deficiency. Tooth decay, osteoporosis and rickets in kids also develop because of this deficiency.

Fatigue

If you get fatigued quite easily it could mean you have a nutrient deficiency. Fatigue is yet again a sign of Chromium, Copper, Folic acid, Iodine and Vitamin B5 deficiency.

An Upset Stomach

An upset stomach can be a sign of deficiency of Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B1. During the deficiency of Vitamin B6 and B1 the appetite of a person reduces significantly and may lead to weight loss, nausea, gastric upset or stomach upset.
If you eat a nutrient rich diet then these symptoms and illnesses can be prevented. However, in some cases even a great diet fails to meet the body’s requirements, in that case supplements and a doctors advice should be taken.
