Banana Nut Pancakes

1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1 mashed extra ripe banana
1 egg
2 Tbsp almond milk
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
Mix the oat flour and baking powder. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Spray a pan with non-stick spray and fry for 1-2 min on each side. Layer with banana and pb2 or regular peanut butter! Enjoy
