Vegan and gluten free brownies

1 cup mashed banana (2 1/2 pcs)
1 cup oat flour ( rolled oats ground into flour)
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
20g 95% cacao chocolate
3 tbsp thai coconut sugar
3 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
3 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup pitted dates (soaked in hot water 15mins)
1 apple (cubed)
Chocolate:
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp water

Preheat oven to 180C. Place all ingredients for the brownie in a food processor until
smooth. Fold in apple cubes & Pour in a lined square baking pan & bake for 25-30 mins. Let cool, cut into squares, top coat each with chocolate & sprinkle with crushed cacao nibs.
Makes 9-12 squares.
