Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ginger Garlic seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce:
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
2 minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 an orange, squeezed
Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut chicken breast into size preferences and season with garlic & ginger seasoning, and salt & pepper to taste. Grill on a preheated pan rubbed with olive oil. Set cooked pieces aside. To make sauce, add all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until sauce thickens. Add chicken to coat. To serve, add rice and quinoa to plate as your bed. Top with steamed veggies, grated raw carrot, then chicken in sauce.
