Strawberry Banana Protein Bread

3 eggs
3 bananas
1 cup oat flour
3 scoops strawberry flavored whey protein
1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A dash of salt
Mash the bananas and add eggs. Mix well together with an electric whisker. Add the rest of the ingredients (not the strawberries) and mix until it got a nice consistency. Add in the strawberries and mix gently. Pour the dough into a silicone-baking tray and top with some more strawberries. Bake at 175°C for 25 min. Let it cool of and enjoy! (Best stored in the fridge)
Tip: Tastes delicious with peanut butter
