•2lbs flank steaks
•2medium limes, juice of
•1⁄4cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
•1pinch garlic pepper seasoning (or 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
•1⁄4cup extra virgin olive oil
1⃣Juice two limes, a small handful of cilantro, garlic pepper (or garlic powder and black pepper), and extra virgin olive oil. Add steak in mixture and allow to marinate. Flip the steak and season the other side.
2⃣Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow to marinate for 1-2 hours.
3⃣Grill steak for 8-10 minutes on each side, until medium rare, or however you desire.
4⃣Allow steak to cook for 15-20 minutes, then chop into pieces.
5⃣Place in corn tortillas and served with your favorite taco toppings.
