Quinoa Pasta Marinara with Peas Quinoa Fusilli pasta (or choice)
1 jar (8 oz) bruschetta sauce (I got mine from Trader Joe’s)
1 cup frozen peas
Grated Parmesan (optional)
Cook pasta according to package instructions and make sure not to overcook so it is still al dente || In a large sauce pan, pour bruschetta sauce into the pan and warm slightly for a couple minutes || Add the frozen peas and mix with the bruschetta sauce until they thaw || Toss the pasta with the sauce and serve with Parmesan cheese!
