1 cup of whole wheat flour
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup of all natural peanut butter
1/4 cup of coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of stevia
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Optional: 1 tbsp of chia seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients & combine wet ingredients into a second bowl.
Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Add chia seeds if desired.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until squares are set. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Top with additional peanut butter!
