Chinese Beef & Veggie Stirfry

1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 1/2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 -2 tbsp flour (optional)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
2 tbsp grapeseed oil, divided
1 lb steak of choice, cut into chunks
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup colored bell peppers
1 large garlic clove, sliced

In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (first 11 ingredients) || Blanch broccoli and set aside || Heat 1 tbsp of grape seed oil, and sear steak with salt and pepper until browned, then set aside || Heat other tbsp of oil and cook onions, peppers and garlic until translucent || Pour the sauce and steak over the veggies and coat everything well with the sauce || Add the broccoli and serve over rice or quinoa 👐
