Chicken breast, cucumber tomato salad and whipped butternut squash

Chicken Breast:
2 Chicken breast
Onion powder
Nutritional yeast
Oregano
Red pepper flakes
Salt & Pepper
Season chicken breast and bake at 375° until well done about 30min.

Cucumber tomato salad:
1/2 Cubed cucumber
15 Halved cherry tomatoes
2 Slices red onion
1-1/2Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Chop veggies and toss with vinegar, oil and season.
Whipped butternut squash:
1 Butternut squash cubed then pressure cooked or boiled.
1Tbsp Coconut oil
Cook squash until tender, drain water and add coconut oil, whip with hand mixer until you have nice consistency.
