BASIL PESTO SPAGHETTI SQUASH

🍝 Here’s what you’ll need:
Spaghetti Squash
Evoo
Salt/pepper
Basil Pesto (got mine at Costco)
Avocado
Grated Parmesan
Cut squash in half. Rub inside of cavity & edges with some evoo. Sprinkle salt & pepper. Roast face down on prepared sheet (I use a Silpat) for approx 30-40min in 425 degree oven.
When squash is ready, use fork to pull inside into spaghetti strands. Add Basil pesto & chopped avocado. Then sprinkle cheese on top. Super simpleπŸ‘

    My husband and I have gone on a healthy food diet. We quit smoking 2 years ago and have put on extra weight. Now is the time to rid the excess. This dish was fast and easy pzee to make . But better than easy pzee is the taste. Thanks for the recipe. Will be looking for more
