Baked Eggplant Parmesan

4 round slices of an eggplant, spread some olive oil, garlic salt and dried basil over both sides of the slices then grill them for a few minutes on each side.
Layer the grilled slices with a light tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Put the tower back in the oven and bake it for another 5 minutes.
Yum!
