4 strips cooked crisp bacon of choice, crumbled
2 whole wheat naan breads (flat breads)
½ cup greens of choice, chopped (kale, spinach, leaf lettuce, etc. )
⅓ cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 slices of provolone cheese, cut into strips
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake the naans in the oven for about 5 minutes. Lay down the lettuce first, top with tomatoes, cheese and then cruble the bacon on top. Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
