1 tsp. olive oil
6 large garlic cloves, sliced
2 large ripe avocados, pitted
1 large bunch of cilantro (stems and all)
3 limes, juiced
1 small knob of fresh ginger, peeled and rough chopped
1/2 cup plain non-dairy milk
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. agave nectar or maple syrup
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
